CCSC includes grades 7-12. A small, diverse learning community, CCSC is founded on three design principles: common intellectual mission, personalization, and adult-world connection. CCSC is seeking outstanding and innovative faculty to build upon our rigorous academic program and strong school culture that values personalization and academic achievement. Each member of the faculty participates in the development of curriculum, teaches collaboratively, and builds strong connections within the school and broader community.

- Middle School Humanities
- High School Chemistry, Physics, Biology (Preference given to applicants who can teach 2 of these subjects)
- Middle School Integrated Science
- Special Education – grades 7 - 12
- Work collaboratively to create and implement a program of study that is intellectually challenging
- Work with a diverse student body from Cambridge, Boston, and surrounding towns
- Sustain a school wide culture of respect for school rules and actively uses the school’s demerit, merit and detention system
- Teach within a special education inclusion environment that may involve co-teaching classes with regular education teachers and teaching students with a wide range of academic skills and abilities
- Serve as an Advisor to a small group of students
- Communicate with students’ families on a regular basis
- Participate over the summer of 2010 (mid-August) in planning for the following school year

Math and English Tutors, 2009-2010
CCSC is excited to be partnering with Tutors for All this year in order to bring one on one instruction to students in both math and english. Tutors for All is currently seeking undergraduate and graduate students who feel passionately about working with youth and who qualify for work study or who would like to volunteer for the fall.
