Head Coach:  Will Connell

Second year head coach, William Connell, leads CCSC’s varsity baseball team after serving as an assistant coach two years ago. In addition to coaching baseball, he has led our successful varsity soccer program for the past four years.  During this time, his teams have qualified for the playoffs each season.

 His commitment to holding his players to high academic standards has been equally impressive. He has undertaken the difficult work of holding his teams together and motivating them to perform at a high level each week with a sense of levity and style.

Mr. Connell has been teaching 10th grade humanities, United States history and literature 1, since joining the school in 2007. In his free time, Coach Connell enjoys running. Two years ago, he completed his first marathon in Chicago.

Asst Coach:  John Martin

Coach Martin has an extensive background playing and coaching baseball.  A former high school and collegiate baseball player, coach Martin enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion of the game.  He is an outstanding instructor, who is adept at teaching the finer points of the skill set needed to help our players develop and compete succesfully at varsity level.
