The girls' team played HCA close
ROXBURY, Mass. -- The CCSC girls’ basketball team succumbed to Health Careers Academy Wednesday afternoon, losing 17-15.

The Lady Cougars only had a game total of seven turnovers and they played strongly with 16 rebounds and five steals.  They also lost due to their recorded zero assists.

Tanya Dymski had a game total of six points, two rebounds, and one steal.  Rachel Jean-Louis also contributed six points, and she also had four rebounds, two steals, and one block.  It was a disappointing loss for the Lady Cougars.

The CCSC boys' basketball fell short to Health Careers Academy, 48-30.

Though the Cougars’ turnovers rate was high and their assist rate was low, they still played a great game.  They had a total of 21 rebounds and three steals.

Geo Morgan had a game total of eleven points and two steals.  Wale Wright contributed seven points.  Jude Odige supplied six points and one assist.  Overall, it was a good game for CCSC.

The next games are against Pacific Rim at MIT on Friday, March 2.
