Volunteer

Tutoring: We have an extensive tutoring program to supplement classroom learning and much of the tutoring is done by volunteers. This program is so important to the success of many students and is central to our overall curriculum plan. If you could volunteer a couple of hours of your time in the late afternoon once or twice a week, please call or write us.

Internships: All twelfth-graders are required to perform a 100-hour internship in a company or non-profit, both to offer them an opportunity to experience the work place (and all its demands), to make a useful contribution, and to gain some insight into the variety of professions they might later contemplate. If you know of a workplace (museum, hospital, library, or business) that would be willing to consider a student for a meaningful internship, please contact us.
