►College Essay Writing - August 2008
CCSC will offer a weeklong intensive essay-writing seminar for all rising 12th grade students to prepare them specifically for the college essays which they will be writing in the fall of their senior year. Students will have the opportunity to draft a multitude of essays and will receive direct one-on-one counseling and feedback on their essay writing. They will work specifically on essay assignments drawn from colleges to which they might apply in the fall.
*This seminar is funded in large part by the Calderwood Writing Initiative.
