Homeowner’s Rehab, INC.

Homeowner’s Rehab INC works to improve the quality of housing for low and moderate income families. Financial and technical assistance is offered to homeowners who wish to make improvements to their homes as well as intervention and lease education, assistance to tenants who wish to set up on-site programs and affordable rental properties/apartments and affordable housing for purchase.

Just-A-Start

Just-A-Start develops and owns affordable rental housing as well as affordable homes for first-time homebuyers. They also offer a home improvement program which provides up to $50,000 at a 0-3% interest rate for housing renovations.

Transition House

The Transition House works toward the prevention of domestic violence through education, outreach and intervention. It also provides short and long-term emergency shelter services, supportive services, youth violence prevention services and empowerment skills.
