About Me

As the Athletic Director/Wellness & Movement teacher (WAM) at CCSC.  I oversee our strong athletic program that is committed to developing scholar-athletes. At the same time, I am dedicated to helping our students learn to make healthy choices for themselves that will transcend the classroom, while also fostering an appreciation for lifetime physical fitness. 

In my free time, I enjoy running, biking, swimming, reading and playing the acoustic guitar.
